Mila Roberts

Mila came to us recently from the congregation in Newkirk.  She had been attending here for a couple of months, but on Sunday the 13th, she placed her membership before passing away on the 20th!  She was a sweet sister in Christ, and radiated kindness and love everywhere she went.  

Mila was a resident of the Ponca City Nursing Home, and the director of that facility recently said, “I wish we had a hundred like Mila!”  She will be missed. 

Mila’s daughter, Kathy Evans, is a former member of the Hartford congregation.
